I.  RESERVATIONS

 

All reservations will be made by individuals by telephone 1-800-523-5002.  Attendees will reference SSIAI 2008 when making reservations.  The Hotel shall offer individuals the opportunity to make online reservations by way of the Hotel’s web site http://www.lafondasantafe.com/email-group.html. Attendees will reference SSIAI 2008 when making online reservations.  The reservation cut-off date will be Monday, February 25th, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. Mountain time.

 

The Hotel's check-in time is 3:00 p.m.  The Hotel’s check-out time is 12:00 p.m.  Although not guaranteed, guests are permitted to check in earlier or check out later subject to room availability.

 

 

II.  AMENITIES

 

A.     All guestrooms offer free high-speed wireless internet access, multi-line phones with data port access, coffee makers, hairdryers, iron and ironing board, and complimentary daily newspaper.  The Hotel shall offer complimentary 1-800 calls from attendee guest rooms.

 

B.    The Hotel offers 2 restaurants, and complimentary use of the on-site fitness center.

 

C.    The Hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not allowed in any of the hotel’s sleeping accommodations, meeting space, food and beverage outlets and public space.
